Belgian design agency OMGEVING landscape . urbanism has won the design competition for a four-kilometre-long landscape park with three eco-neighbourhoods in the Spanish city of Valencia. The landscape park will cover one and a half kilometres of railway tracks and gradually phase out the motorway infrastructure.
